Promoter's Profile
K.R.Subramanian, M.Tech., the main promoter, is a Post Graduate in Dairy & Food Engineering (M.tech- Dairy & Food) from IIT Kharagpur, India’s premier institute. He started his career in the prestigious Spencer & Co, as Asst. Manager, Biscuits & Bakery Division in 1981. Then he went on to become its Franchisee Manager, instrumental in establishing 20 industrial bread units all over Southern India.
As a natural progression, in 1986, he turned towards entrepreneurship and established industrial bread units in Pondicherry, Chennai & Salem.
Our Journey
From what started as a small business in 1987, we now enjoy serving hundreds of clients around Chennai city. As one of the oldest industrial bakers in Chennai, we work round the clock and strive to provide quality service to a variety of corporates & industries, hotels & restaurants, schools & colleges, hospitals and grocery stores.
